Admisi Rumah Sakit Kinerja Pegawai Motivasi Sistem Pengendalian Manajemen
Abstract
Background: The performance of admissions staff is a critical component in determining the quality of initial hospital services. The background to this research stems from the weak management control system and low employee motivation, which impact the inefficiency of administrative processes at Doloksanggul Regional Hospital.
Purpose: To analyze the influence of management control systems and motivation on the performance of admissions employees.
Method: The study used a quantitative approach with a total sampling of 27 admissions staff. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPSS.
Results: The management control system has a positive relationship with employee performance (β=0.320; p=0.076), and work motivation also shows a positive relationship with employee performance (β=0.324; p=0.164). However, both have not reached statistical significance (p<0.05). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.214 indicates a contribution of approximately 21.4% of both variables to employee performance variation.
Conclusion: Although not statistically significant, the management control system and motivation still show a positive relationship and have practical relevance in improving the performance of admissions staff, especially in the context of health services that require accuracy and speed of service.
