Ketuban Pecah Dini (KPD) Preeklamsi Riwayat Sectio Caesarea Sectio Caesarea
Abstract
Background: According to the World Health Organization (WHO) Sectio Caesarean deliveries are increasing globally, and 1 in 5 (21%) of all births. This number is expected to continue to rise over the next decade, with nearly one-third (29%) of all births likely to be by cesarean delivery by 2030.
Purpose: To analyze factors associated with sectio caesarean delivery.
Methods: This study used a quantitative design using Analytical survey method through Cross Sectional approach. The population in this study was 2,142 people and a sample of 96 people sampled using the Systematic Random Sampling method.
Results: The study showed that the factors associated with sectio caesarean delivery were premature rupture of membranes (KPD) from the statistical test results p-value = 0.001, preeclampsia from the statistical test results p-value = 0.025 and history of sectio caesarean from the statistical test results p-value = 0.017.
Conclusion: That there is a relationship between KPD, Preeclampsia and SC History with Sectio Caesaria delivery at RSU Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu.
Suggestion: This study is expected to be an input in providing maximum service, especially for prevention and to overcome the risk factors for Sectio Caesarean delivery in laboring mothers and can improve Antenatal Care (ANC) services.
Keywords: History of Sectio Caesarea; Preeclampsia; Premature rupture of membranes (CKD); Sectio Caesa.
