Efektivitas video tema madihin terhadap perilaku kader dalam upaya pencegahan penyakit TB di Kota Banjarmasin: Sebuah tinjauan literatur

Abstract
Background: Tuberculosis (TB) remains a priority public health problem in Indonesia, with the success of the TB control program heavily dependent on the role of cadres at the community level. However, various reports indicate that cadre behavior in TB prevention, particularly in action aspects such as contact investigation and Tuberculosis Preventive Therapy (TPT) assistance, is still not optimal.
Purpose: To examine and analyze scientific evidence regarding the effectiveness of video media, specifically videos based on Madihin local wisdom, on cadre behavior in TB prevention efforts.
Method: This study employed a systematic literature review with a systematic approach. Article searches were conducted through the Google Scholar database using keywords related to video media, TB cadres, preventive behavior, and local wisdom, with a publication range of 2021–2025. The article selection process followed PRISMA guidelines which include identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion stages. Out of 1,323 identified articles, 10 articles met all inclusion criteria and were analyzed narratively and thematically.
Results: Video-based educational media consistently improves the knowledge and attitudes of cadres and the community in TB prevention. Most studies reported significant results (p < 0.05) in cognitive and affective aspects, while changes in cadre behavior showed varying results. Video media that integrates local cultural elements is proven to have better acceptance and greater potential in increasing cadre involvement and readiness to act.
Conclusion: Video-media based on local wisdom, especially Madihin art, is a promising and relevant educational approach to support the strengthening of cadre behavior in TB prevention, although continuous intervention support is needed to ensure optimal behavior change.
