Electronic Health Integrasi Teknologi Layanan Kesehatan Model Bisnis

Abstract

Background: The integration of eHealth technologies supports this shift by improving data management, patient engagement, and real-time communication between stakeholders. Healthcare organizations are increasingly adopting digital tools to simplify operations, reduce costs, and improve clinical outcomes. Furthermore, eHealth solutions facilitate prevention and chronic disease management, which align with the long-term sustainability goals of healthcare systems. The flexibility of eHealth also supports remote services and personalized care, which are core to emerging business strategies.

Purpose: To assess the strategic role of eHealth in the transformation of modern healthcare business models.

Method: The literature review used PubMed, Cochrane Library, and Google Scholar databases with the keywords "eHealth" OR "eHealth" AND "Business Model." Inclusion criteria for reviewed articles included articles in English, published between 2020 and 2025, and accessible in full-text form.

Results: One of the key strengths of eHealth is its ability to leverage real-time data to create more personalized and responsive services. Digitized patient data enables the system to recognize individual needs and provide tailored interventions. This approach supports the patient-centered care paradigm, where the patient is at the center of the entire care process. With eHealth, patients are also empowered to participate in their health management through applications that allow them to monitor their condition independently.

Conclusion: eHealth plays an increasingly central role in guiding the evolution of modern healthcare business models.

OR "eHealth" AND "Business Models".
